Good

Regarding the hotel, I can say it was very good, clean, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly. Two pools, one on the first floor and one on the rooftop, allow you to enjoy the hotel space. However, the behavior in the city, especially at the beach, was definitely unfriendly. If you ask about the hotel, I would say it was good, but I would definitely prefer to travel to a friendlier city.

Wonderful central location in Grado

Location was amazing. Staff was always helpful. Room was spacious and for an older hotel, maintained very well, keeping with a wonderful atmosphere. We rented the Sissi tents on the GIT beach which I highly recommend. 5 min walk and a lovely setting for a day at the beach. Worth the money for the tent rental! Across from the hotel is a little arcade for kids. A great bonus for the kids. Easy walk to everything!

Lovely bathroom, great a/c, pool, breakfast, size of the room and enough room to unpack in cupboards. Location great.

Excellent location, very clean, old school charm, nice Illy breakfast coffee

Rooms are a bit dated, no fresh fruit for breakfast, had to leave the garage at 12:00 on departure day

Wonderful

Everything was superb, but for one reason I will never visit again! While having breakfast ,dogs were allowed to come into the restaurant. When dogs shaking their hair would fly into the food. Besides that, how about the guests, who have allergies because of dog hair! Why the minority of dogs owner are expecting us to love their dogs. I would suggest to keep the dogs in the hotel room while the owners dinning in the restaurant. It was hard to find the Hotel, GPS was not able to locate the hotel, the surrounding streets are not accessible by vehicle.

Very Good

excellent breakfast, rooms a little on cosy side but perfectly OK, large hotel in a great spot with good rooftop pool (smallish but nice to cool off) - only downside is the view being mostly blocked by some 70s block which should never have been given planning but i suppose if it still enjoyed direct beach access and view it'd be twice the price!

Wonderful

The pool in the 7th floor is very good and silent. The breakfast is good.

The parking service is not very kind and little bit expensive. There is no sunbed on the beach by the hotel.

Wonderful

Great location and good breakfast, friendly staff especially in the garage.

Not easy to find the way to reach the hotel by car. GPS gives you wrong indications and you get totally lost .

Very Good

Very friendly staff - special thanks to the super friendly garage-staff. Breakfast was very good, especially the coffee :) The room was clean, nice and comfy. The indoor thermal pool was nice as well and the roof-top terrace offers a great sight over the city

There is nothing much to dislike except the pool on the rooftop terrace which cannot be used during summer. The pool is (for whatever reason) filled with thermal water - so adding a little bit of sun - the temperature of the pool is well above 40 degrees Celsius, so you can only use it to cook yourself ;)
